Products and pack contents
The number of products in each pack, the mix of variants and the handling needed to count and place them.

WHITESQ / QUOTE GUIDE
The pack count is the starting point. The build defines the work.
Two orders with the same number of finished packs can involve very different handling. A simple box fill, a mixed-product tray and a seasonal gift pack each need their own sequence of tasks. We review those tasks and the project requirements before confirming a price.
WHAT AFFECTS YOUR QUOTE
The number of products in each pack, the mix of variants and the handling needed to count and place them.
Each box, tray, sleeve, divider or insert, together with the folding, assembly and closing steps needed to complete the pack.
The required print positions, batch or expiry versions, label applications and tamper seals.
The finished quantity, quantities for each version or batch, and whether the work is a one-off project or a repeat requirement.
Build instructions, sample or artwork approval, task setup and the checks required during production and before dispatch.
Outer packing, master-carton and pallet configurations, collection arrangements, material arrival dates and the required completion date.
A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
For a retail box, tell us how many products go inside and whether the work includes folding the box, filling it, printing batch details, applying a seal and packing it into a master carton.
For a promotional kit, include every packaging component and insert, the product mix, the finishing steps and the required presentation.
These are illustrative formats. The method and quote are agreed for your actual project.
YOUR PROJECT CHECKLIST
Make the counting basis clear: individual retail packs, master cartons or complete kits. For example, 100 master cartons containing 21 retail packs each means 2,100 retail packs to assemble.
