Kitting & assembly
Every component has a place.
A kit can contain several products and several pieces of packaging. We bring them together in the agreed quantities and sequence, from assembling the tray to adding the final sleeve or insert. The build starts with a clear description of what belongs in every finished kit.

- Folding and assembling supplied boxes, trays, sleeves and dividers
- Adding approved leaflets, cards and other inserts
- Applying agreed tamper seals, print details or labels as part of the build
- Packing completed kits into the specified outer cartons
THE SPECIFICATION
Agree the detail first.
Share a component list, quantities per kit, assembly instructions and a reference for the finished appearance. Include the total number of kits, material arrival dates, required completion date and carton or pallet configuration.
A typical build
A promotional set might bring together several sealed products, a folded tray, an information card and an outer sleeve. We agree each component and its position before the run.

Checks & records
We agree component counts, placement, packaging condition and the finished appearance. Production and quality checks are recorded. Batch, expiry and variant restrictions are included in the instructions where required.
